One of Chuck Williams’ favorite products and my “go to” herb combo in the kitchen, the classic blend of dried herbs from the South of France adds delicious flavor to poultry, meat, sauces and soups. This traditional blend of thyme, basil, savory, fennel and lavender that captures the flavors of sunny Provence and enlivens meat, sauces, soups and poultry. Model English Muffins
You may think you know English muffins. Heck, you might eat one every morning for breakfast. But if you’ve never had an English muffin from Model Bakery, which was founded in St. Helena, California, in 1984 by Karen Mitchell and her daughter Sarah in a space that’s been home to a bakery for more than a century, you’ve never really had an English muffin. Just ask anyone who’s tried one—they’ll tell you. Even Oprah is obsessed—she named them one of her “Favorite Things” two years in a row!

The lots for Hestan Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon are kept separate throughout winemaking to retain individual block and varietal characters. Small capacity fermentation tanks, the finest French cooperage and extended aging result in a wine noted for its deep flavor and velvety tannins. On the nose, cherry pie, bright candied raspberry, cranberry and cassis. The palate opens with notes of baked cherry with a hint of red currant and vanilla. The tannins are supple yet firm. Can age for 12-20 years; winemaker is Thomas Rivers Brown.
