- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta:
- Bring a large Hestan NanoBond Stockpot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Shrimp:
- In a large Hestan NanoBond Skillet, heat Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Cook Shrimp:
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauce Preparation:
- In the same large Hestan NanoBond Skillet, add cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- If using, pour in white wine, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Add lemon zest and juice, stirring well to combine.
- Combine:
- Return cooked shrimp to the skillet and add the drained pasta. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
