“Community Support, Education and Color Forecasting for a More Beautiful Environment”
Sherwin-Williams Design Council: Kerrie is excited to be a part of the inaugural Sherwin-Williams Design Council. As one of six designers, Kerrie collaborates with the paint brand to provide communities with additional design expertise and colorful inspiration.
Sherwin-Williams National Painting Week: For the past five years, Kerrie and team have celebrated National Painting Week, an entire week dedicated to the power of color to transform rooms, homes and entire communities. Not only have we picked up our paint brushes and partner with local organizations in need of a fresh coat of color, we have shared our โblack bookโ of favorite paint colors on our blog. National Painting Week is a time to refresh spaces, give back to communities and make bold impressions, showing what a big difference a simple coat of paint can make.
Sherwin-Williams Judge for Student Design Challenge: The Sherwin-Williams Student Design Challenge (SDC) is a professional competition that celebrates excellence in interior design by students in both residential and commercial categories. In 2015, Kerrie was honored to judge the contest with Jackie Jordan, Director of Color Marketing.
Sherwin-Williams Colormix Forecast: Like blue meeting yellow to make green, every color is a collision of influences – every palette a fresh chance at community. Since 2014, Kerrie has been involved with launching the thoughtful combinations via an oversized, live Pinterest board unveiled at Dwell on Design; color stories on her blog and in-person Colormix appearances to share her teamโs view on the new color combinations.
