As interior designers, we love visiting fellow creatives in their work spaces. Offices are a reflection of the creative team’s outlook and mission, as well as their unique viewpoint of the world. Which is why we were so happy to hear from our good friend Shane Reilly, founder of Guildery, who made the transition to Minted this last winter.
During our visit to their San Francisco creative headquarters, we snapped a few pictures of each corner of their office and learned about all of the creative energy that flows in and out of the spaces, from the engineers parked at round-tables, to customer service taking calls on vintage chaise lounges.
One of our favorite aspects of the space was the natural light that poured through each picturesque window. With views of some of San Francisco’s most stunning architecture, the Minted team sit in the lap of Bay Area luxury in their Embarcadero abode.
Though each design selection was made by a designer, hand-hewn details and thoughtful notes and accessories are sprinkled throughout the space. Idea boards, like the one pictured above, showcases the team’s creativity and ambition to bring the world only the loveliest stationary and decor. With each turn we were welcomed into rooms and areas that portrayed Minted’s employees and their versatility and creative instincts.
One of our favorite spots? The wall outfitted in old books. We’ve always been a fan of vintage finds and heirlooms, but this space takes the cake for most detail-oriented and overall amazing attention to design!
