Living in a home that was built in 1945 can get a little drafty. While a historic California Bungalow in the Fabulous Forties neighborhood of Sacramento is charming, it isn’t always efficient during the summer or winter months. After seven years of experiencing the heat of a California summer and the cool of its winter months in our East Sacramento home, we found it was time to replace our last item on the efficiency list—windows.
