We all know that everything tastes better with a little cheese and Brussel sprouts are no exception.
Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan Crisp

Cook Time: 25-minutes
Total Time: 35-minutes
- 2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- On a Hestan Oven Bond Half Sheet Pan, coat Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread Brussels cut side down on pan and cook for 10-minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast until sprouts are tender and lightly browned, 10-15 moreminutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
