Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan Crisp

We all know that everything tastes better with a little cheese and Brussel sprouts are no exception.

Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan Crisp

Prep Time: 10-minutes
Cook Time: 25-minutes
Total Time: 35-minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. On a Hestan Oven Bond Half Sheet Pan, coat Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels cut side down on pan and cook for 10-minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast until sprouts are tender and lightly browned, 10-15 moreminutes.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy.
