Each year, David Lubin Elementary School is proud to present the East Sacramento Garden Tour. It has become a tradition in our community, and a necessity in helping David Lubin Elementary provide a rich education for students. This year we are proud to be a part of the tour by contributing our designs to the Lazio Family backyard on 42nd Street. Nestled in the heart of the Fabulous 40’s neighborhood, Spring has sprung to usher in the Mother’s Day holiday during the annual Garden Tour. A newly renovated backyard showcasing all that is wonderful about living in California invites tour-goers to be inspired and stay for a while. Warm weathered woods, Napa-like foliage, and sleek architectural finishes provide the ideal backdrop for a citrus harvest and splash of floral. Tones of tangerine and smoke keep things playful yet tailored, making everyone feel at home.
Belly up to the al fresco bar for your dose of fresh squeezed delights or shimmy on down to the outdoor dining area for an outdoor culinary escape in front of the fireplace. Need to cool off? A plunge in the pool will do the trick or try your hand at corn hole or simply lounging up top upon clementine pillows with friends and family. Whatever you choose, it will be a Mother’s Day to remember.
Support This Year’s Garden Tour
Visit the tour Mother’s Day Weekend, May 11th & 12th from 10am – 4pm. You may use your ticket on either day and if you don’t have time to see all of the gardens in one day, you can come back and finish.
