This refreshing concoction blends the crispness of freshly squeezed lime juice with the warmth of vodka and the effervescence of ginger beer, creating a spirited elixir that’s perfect for festive gatherings and toasting to holiday cheer.
Ingredients
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed
6 oz. ginger beer
Cranberries, lime slice and rosemary sprig for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Squeeze lime juice into a copper mug, dropping in the spent shell for an extra burst of citrus aroma.
Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour in the vodka and fill the concoction with cold ginger beer.
